Munich/Berlin, 5 March 2014 – The CA Immo offices in Berlin and Munich are under new management. Effective immediately, Guido Schütte (40) will be managing CA Immo Berlin and Tobias Jauch (48) will take over management of the Munich office. Both Guido Schütte and Tobias Jauch have been employed in responsible positions by CA Immo in these offices for some years.
Tobias Jauch joined the company in 2005 and has headed Asset Management in the Munich office since then. In this position, he was responsible for rental of office buildings (e.g. Skygarden, Atmos, Ambigon, Kontorhaus) and marketing of building sites. A graduate in economics and real estate management (European Business School (EBS)), prior to working for CA Immo he was employed in a management position in the real estate area for the affiliated group BayernLB (Bayerische Landesbank).
Guido Schütte joined CA Immo in 2011 and worked in the Berlin office as a project manager on the development of Europacity. A graduate in industrial engineering, he was previously employed in various positions for real estate companies such as Tenkhoff Properties, Tishman Speyer Properties, and DB Station & Service.
