More lease agreements for Belmundo and LaVista

CA Immo has concluded three more lease agreements for a total of around 1,210 m² (approx. 13,024 ft²) of rental space in the Belmundo and LaVista office and commercial buildings in Duesseldorf's BelsenPark quarter. The tenants are HR consultancy firm Wiesmann Personalisten GmbH (approx. 800 m²/8611 ft² in Belmundo), Shirazi Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH for the Restaurant Chuzo (approx. 300 m²/3229 ft² in LaVista) and the Rampenlicht Stylebar (approx. 110 m²/1184 ft² in LaVista). During the completion of the lease agreement with Wiesmann Personalisten, Savills Duesseldorf and BNP Real Estate acted in an advisory capacity.

With their attractive, first-rate designs, twin buildings Belmundo and LaVista mark the architectural prelude to the new BelsenPark district in Duesseldorf. It was back in autumn 2014 that CA Immo completed the buildings, the floor space of which covers 10,000 m²/107,639 ft² (Belmundo) and 4,000 m²/43,056 ft² (LaVista). Whilst the upper floors are offered as office space, the ground floor areas house retail and restaurant spaces. In the last year a REWE supermarket and a Bulthaup showroom have both opened in these premises. Tenants renting office space in the buildings include financial services provider De Lage Landen and communication agency FORCE. Both Belmundo and LaVista were designed as green buildings by architectural firm sop Architekten Düsseldorf, whilst omniCon Gesellschaft für innovatives Bauen mbH took charge of construction management. CA Immo’s total investment in these buildings amounts to around 50 million euros.
