Munich, 12 August 2008. The company MRCE Dispolok GmbH has signed a lease agreement with Vivico for roughly 1,400 square metres of office space in the new Laim290 office building on Munich's Landsberger Straße. The company, which previously conducted business in Munich-Allach, will set up its headquarters there from December 2008 onwards, with approximately 50 employees. Active throughout Europe, the company is one of the leading suppliers of high-performance locomotives leased to state and private operators in the industrial and transport sectors.
With the conclusion of this lease agreement, around 85 percent of the space in the Vivico-developed building at the new office and commercial site in Munich-Laim is already leased prior to completion. Completion of the building is scheduled for October 2008. Other tenants in the approximately 9,700-square-metre building include the companies Bilfinger Berger AG and OPUS GmbH.
