The building is situated in the Bulgarian capital, Sofia. About 75 % of the space has now been let. CA Immo has a share of 43.5 % in the project.

Several new leases, most of them substantial, have been signed for this class-A building in 2012. The largest new tenant (around 7,400 sqm) is global contract research organisation PPD. Among the other large-scale tenants are Experian, the leading global information services company (about 2,900 sqm); and Interoute, the largest fibre optic network operator worldwide (around 2,100 sqm). A further seven enterprises have been recruited as new tenants, including global hosting business Hostway (some 1,550 sqm); SGS, the world's leading inspection and certification company (around 1,250 sqm); and shoe company Deichmann (about 500 sqm).

MEGAPARK business complex
Located between Sofia's airport and city centre, the MEGAPARK building has very good transport connections. It offers around 45,000 sqm of office space, a retail surface area of 3,000 sqm, and 500 parkings spaces. MEGAPARK is the foremost business building in the Bulgarian capital. Its tenants benefit from modern, effi-cient and large, unitary suites, as well as the outstanding location. It therefore enables larger companies to bring together their diverse operations in a single place. The complex was designed by Austrian architectural practice Brunner / A&GP International.

In the VIP Property Awards 2011, MEGAPARK was voted BUSINESS BUILDING OF THE YEAR by a dis-tinguished panel of judges. The national VIP Property Awards are presented annually to the best properties in the class-A segment.

CA Immo in Bulgaria
Alongside its interest in the MEGAPARK complex, CA Immo owns two other office buildings in Bulgaria, namely the Europark and the International Business Center (IBC). Both the Europark office building and the IBC are fully let. They have an aggregate rentable effective area of 11,197 sqm.
