Frankfurt, July 1, 2009   Frankfurt‘s newest city quarter, the Europaviertel, takes shape. Currently several project developments take place in the new city quarter, such as the new high-rise Tower 185, the German headquarters of BNP Paribas and the Budget Hotel Meininger. Several apartment and condominium buildings are being built as well. The first residential building with 189 apartments has been completed by Vivico for the investor Bayerische Apothekerversorgung. The first tenants moved into the new building complex EUROVENIA. Therefore residing in the new quarter Europaviertel has now officially started.
SELECT Immobilien is acting as the broker for the apartment complex. Another residential building with 112 apartments and 51 condominiums is being erected next to the EUROVENIA complex.
