Vienna, Oct 1, 2014. CA Immobilien Anlagen AG announces that it is in final negotiations with one bidder regarding the sale of a logistics-portfolio with c. 460.000 m² lettable area.

The planned transaction comprises a logistic park in Romania, two standing assets in Poland with attached land reserves and a smaller land plot in Serbia. The assets are currently held in a Joint Venture between CA Immo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). From a current point of view the management of CA Immo expects that, after taking positive effects from the premature repayment of intra-group loans linked to the assets into account, the transaction will have a net neutral effect on the Net Asset Value (NAV) of CA Immo.
