CA Immo sells residential building plot in Munich

CA Immo has sold a residential building plot in Munich Haar measuring around 9,500 m² (102,000 ft²) to BPD Immobilienentwicklung GmbH (previously Bouwfonds Immobilienentwicklung). The building plot located on Herzogstandstrasse has planning permission for about 10,250 m² (110,300 ft2) of floor space. The sale was above the book value.

 

CA Immo had already sold a portion of the plot to the local authority in Haar back in the spring of 2014; the authority plans to erect a children’s day-care centre as well as 13 subsidised flats in this area.

BPD Immobilienentwicklung is planning around 77 private flats as well as eight terraced houses with between two and four storeys. The modern private flats will face inwards to quiet, green interior courtyards, while the terraced houses with terraces and gardens will be oriented to the south. The concept is geared towards the urban environment and is directly adjacent to the existing residential area north of the property.
