Since 2012, CA Immo has been strategically pulling out of markets and segments that do not form part of its core business. In this context, Europolis Park Budapest M1, a logistical property held as part of a joint venture with Union Investment (around 69,100 sqm, CA Immo share: 51 %), has now been sold. The transaction is already closed. The buyer for the logistics park was Prologis. Advice was provided to the sellers by real estate consultants Colliers International and the law firm CHSH.
