CA IMMO RENTS 2.300 M² IN MUNICH

CA Immo has concluded further rental contracts in Munich for the SKYGARDEN office building in Arnulfpark as well as for the AMBIGON office and business property in the Schlossviertel Nymphenburg district of the city covering a total area of around 2,300 m² (24,758 ft²).

Dr. Bruno Ettenauer, CEO of CA Immo: “Over the past few months, we have noticed a significant increase in the demand for office space in locations near the city centre and with favourable transport connections – particularly in the segment from 300 m2 (3,263 ft2) to 1,500 m2 (16,311 ft2). By concluding these rental contracts we are pleased to serve this demand with our high-quality spaces.”

The office building SKYGARDEN:
Designed by architect Bothe Richter Teherani (BRT), the SKYGARDEN office building is next to Munich’s Hackerbrücke in the Arnulfpark district. Other tenants of the building, which occupies a total of 34,000 m² (365,973 sq. ft.) in gross floor area, include auditors and consultants PwC AG (PricewaterhouseCoopers), IMS Health GmbH & Co. OHG and legal practice Dechert LLP. Including these rental contracts the occupancy rate is 82 %.

The office and business property AMBIGON:
The office and business building, AMBIGON, lies at the centre of the "Schlossviertel" (Palace quarter) in the middle of the well-established city district of Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. In addition to approximately 4000 square meters of high-quality office space, the AMBIGON also houses the equally large Ärztehaus Nymphenburg (Nymphenburg medical centre) as well as a rehab and fitness area. Two supermarkets, a chemist's, a medical retail business and a café on the ground floor round off the offer.
The occupancy rate for this building is 55 %.
