CA Immo concludes rental agreements for 7,700 square metres of office space on Erdberger Lände in Vienna

Vienna, 15.07.2024 - CA Immo has concluded three rental agreements for a total of 7,700 sqm of office rental space in its Erdberger Lände office building in Vienna. The tenants are a public institution with around 3,700 sqm and the companies Badger Meter (around 2,800 sqm) and Boulder Monkeys (around 1,200 sqm). The property, which has around 50,700 sqm of usable space, is over 90 % let following the conclusion of the rental agreements.

The Erdberger Lände office building is located on Haidingergasse and Dietrichgasse and comprises a total of around 50,700 sqm of lettable floor space. The building complex is part of the CA Immo Lände 3 office quarter, which has a total of around 83,200 sqm of rentable space. One of the best-known office buildings in the neighbourhood is the "VIE", which was built in accordance with high sustainability standards, has a platinum DGNB sustainability certificate and is fully let.

The office buildings offer tenants and visitors to the neighbourhood a very good infrastructure with a canteen, a café and a supermarket. Tenants also have access to an event room including services and a fitness room with showers and cloakrooms.

Tenants benefit from the location directly on the unobstructed Danube Canal in two ways: on the one hand, it is only a few steps to the Danube Canal or the green Prater park, and on the other hand, both the city centre and the airport can be reached in just a few minutes. The underground (U3) and the Vienna University of Economics and Business are just a few minutes' walk away. For cyclists, the location is ideally situated at the junction of two supra-regional cycle paths.
