CA Immo concludes lease agreement for LaVista in Düsseldorf

CA Immo has concluded an additional lease agreement for some 2,100 m2 (22,600 ft²) in the LaVista office and commercial building in Düsseldorf's BelsenPark quarter. The tenant is a company in the personnel services industry. This lease agreement means that the building is fully leased.

Together with its sister building, the Belmundo, the LaVista office and commercial building is underscoring the beginning of urban development in Düsseldorf's new BelsenPark quarter. CA Immo completed the two buildings in late 2014. While the upper floors are housing high-quality office space, the ground floor areas house retail and restaurant spaces. The tenants renting office space in the buildings include financial services providers De Lage Landen and Avedon Capital Partners as well as communication agency FORCE. Both Belmundo and LaVista were designed as green buildings by architectural firm sop Architekten Düsseldorf, while omniCon Gesellschaft für innovatives Bauen mbH took charge of construction management. CA Immo’s total investment in these buildings amounts to around 50 million euros.
