Completion of the building is scheduled for mid 2015. CA Immo’s investment in this building totals around 27 million euros.

The Monnet 4 office building, which has a total gross floor space of about 10,000 m² (107,639 sq ft), is in the immediate vicinity of Berlin’s main railway station and adjoins the Tour Total, completed by CA Immo in 2012 and awarded numerous prizes for its architecture and sustainability. As with Tour Total, the firm of Barkow Leibinger is responsible for the Monnet 4 office building's architecture. CA Immo is constructing it as a green building, and it is certified by the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council). Monnet 4 is already about 47% leased. The primary tenant is MLP, a financial and wealth consulting company.
