EINZ - High-Rise on Europaplatz
The EINZ - high-rise building on Europaplatz is a modern, approximately 84 meter high Class A office high-rise in the immediate vicinity of Berlin's main railway station. The 100% let landmark building was completed in 2023.
The building extends over a total of 22 floors and was designed to meet the needs of the tenant. In addition to the office floors, the building features a modern conference center and a cafeteria for employees - the so-called "Sky Deli" on the top floor of the building. In addition, employees have access to two roof terraces on the roof of the base building and fitness areas. On the ground floor, a spacious lobby with a multi-storey atrium and a restaurant, which is also open to the public, invite both visitors and employees.
Like all CA Immo Group's office buildings, the EINZ - high-rise building on Europaplatz is constructed as a green building. A DGNB Gold certification is being aimed for.
