- The management of its own developed and undeveloped properties;
- The lease of movable objects;
- The acquisition, disposal and management of holdings and/or companies with the same or similar corporate purposes;
- The transaction of all other business serving the interests of the company.
- The company shall be authorised to undertake all transactions and measures deemed necessary or useful for the achievement of the purpose of the company, in particular unlimited participation in other companies with the same or similar activities.
