
The net operating income (NOI) rose by 53%, or € 11.8 m up to € 34 m. The NOI-revenues ratio climbed moderately, from 71% in 2005 to 71.4%, and the NOI-property asset ratio (at market value) advanced appreciably, from 4.6% to 6.7%. The principal driving force here was the first-time availability for a whole year of several properties. Taking an overall view, the earning potential of most properties was well utilised.
