The net asset value increased by € 322.6 m to € 582.7 m. The rise is attributable to the advance in the operating result, revaluation gains and the equity increase. As of 31 December 2006 the NAV/share stood at
€ 13.41, which was 14% higher than the € 11.7 posted as of
31 December 2005. The NNNAV/share (as defined by EPRA) rose by 16% to € 13.66.
