CA Immo International is listed on the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange with 43,460,785 bearer shares. As of 31 December 2006 the market capitalisation amounted to about € 686.7 m. The core shareholder is the Group parent company, CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, with a stake of 51%. Of the remaining 49% of shares in free float, 21% are held by various hedge funds and 79% by other institutional investors. They are largely characterised by a long-term investment horizon and growth orientation.

Within the shareholder structure, institutional investors are generally more strongly represented than private individuals. The share attracted particular interest among institutional investors in the Anglo-Saxon region: 20.5% of the free float is held by investors in the USA, and 21.3% by investors in Great Britain. Other major countries of origin for shareholders are Austria, France, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands.
