The financial statements of CA Immo International AG for the business year ended 31 December 2006 prepared according to the Austrian accounting principles and for which an unqualified auditors’ opinion was expressed by KPMG Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungs GmbH will be submitted together with the relevant documents to the Austrian Register of Companies of the Commercial Court of Vienna, no. 248937i. These financial statements can be ordered free of charge from CA Immo International AG, 1010 Vienna.
It is proposed to carry forward the net profit of EUR 1,743,273.91 to new account.
