The focus in the regions is on specific districts within individual cities (e.g. the Mokotov district of Warsaw, the Pankrac district of Prague) and on particular secondary cities.
The focus for projects is exclusively on high-quality properties (A and B+) in excellent or very good locations with international or domestic tenants holding excellent credit ratings.
SEE countries
The focus in the regions is on creating a broad-based portfolio in the capital cities on the basis of
- office and retail properties
- investments in logistics parks in cities
- exploitation of the high demand for storage areas as a result of changes in environmental legislation in the capital cities
- investments in retail properties, particularly in secondary cities with a sufficiently large catchment area.
The focus for projects is on investments in high-quality retail properties in the capital cities and in mid- to high-quality retail properties in secondary cities excellent locations international tenants and domestic retail chains with excellent credit ratings.
For CIS states
The focus in the regions is on Moscow and St. Petersburg for all business areas, the Greater Moscow area for logistics, secondary cities with populations of at least 1 million for retail properties, Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk for all business areas.
The focus for projects in the fields of office and retail properties is exclusively on high-standard properties (A-class properties), B-class properties (also considered for the logistics field), excellent or very good locations.
