Company Profile
Company

CA Immo International belongs to the CA Immo Group and is thus part of the first property investment company founded in Austria. Since the IPO in October 2006, 49% of the shares have been independently held and 51% have been held by the Group‘s parent company,
CA Immobilien Anlagen AG. The Group has brought together its portfolio of properties and its activities in Eastern Europe in CA Immo International, which exploits the earning power of the property markets in the CEE and SEE states and the CIS on behalf of institutional investors in particular.

As of the balance sheet date, 31 December 2006, the property portfolio of CA Immo International encompassed 16 income producing properties and 4 development projects (including development projects committed in 2006) in a total of 8 countries. The market value of these properties totalled € 530 m. The majority (about 57%) of the total useful area of some 364,600 sqm consists of office space; the company‘s strategic objective is to oversee a balanced mix of office, retail and logistics space.

The CA Immo New Europe property fund has been launched for project development purposes. It enables institutional wholesale investors to benefit from the greater earning opportunities on the Eastern European property development market, while sharing in the elevated risk associated with the projects at the same time. CA Immo International has a 51% interest in this fund.

By obtaining an interest in the Vienna property developer, UBM,
CA Immo International is extending its operating radius and representation in the target markets, and thus systematically pursuing a position as an integrated real estate service provider.
