CA Immo International: Financing for Poleczki Business Park und Dunacenter secured

Bank Austria granted a financing commitment regarding the project Poleczki Business Park in Warsaw in the amount of € 84mn. Additionally a financing agreement was signed with Bank Burgenland regarding the project “Dunacenter” in Györ/Hungary for an amount of € 11mn. This allows the implementation of both projects on a secure financial basis.

Poleczki Business Park is a 50:50 joint venture between the CA Immo New Europe Property Fund (the project development fund of CA Immo International) and UBM Realitätenentwicklung AG. In the following 8 years the largest business-park in Poland will be developed on a 14 hectare plot close to the airport and the planned south-bypass of Warsaw. The total investment volume is estimated at € 250mn, of which the first phase is already under construction.

The project “Dunacenter” is a planned shopping centre in Györ, Hungary. CA Immo New Europe Property Fund holds a 50% share in the project, which has total estimated investment costs of € 18m.
