CA Immo International: zoning permit and debt financing for Maslov Tower in Moscow obtained

CA Immo International reached two milestones regarding the project "Maslov Tower": the zoning permit for the project was granted and a € 133m loan contract was signed at attractive terms. The financing was granted by Bank Austria and UniCredit Bank Russia. The loan covers the total investment costs as well as the financing costs during the construction period as well as a VAT facility.

Together with a locally well connected Joint-Venture Partner CA Immo International is developing the "Maslov Tower" in Russia’s capital city.

The object is a high quality office building with a planned lettable area of over 30.000 m². The total investment volume amounts to c. € 150m, of which CA Immo International’s share amounts to 50 %. The works for the laying of the infrastructure are expected to commence in the beginning of 2009.
