31 December 2006) and the annualised rents obtained in 2006, the portfolio of foreign properties yielded a return of 7.5%.
In the interests of transparency, CA Immo International publishes the value of each one of its properties. The shareholders can therefore track the development of value in detail, on the basis of individual
properties.
